Q. How Much Your Product is HALAL certified?
A. We are determined to provide you best possible option for Halal Food. We are very conscious about it to select our suppliers. Currently, we are depending on the existing Halal Food importer in JAPAN.
Q. How does the site work?
A. We are trying to make our website as friendly as possible. You can browse the site or use our search engine or event just put the tag (e.g. Fish or Meat or Rice) to find your desired products. You can then add them to your cart and click on checkout. You fill up your address and info select a delivery date and time – and you are done. Your items will be delivered right at your address at the desired delivery date and time.
Q. How do I know when my order is here?
A. You will receive tracking info in your email. You can check the status of your delivery via checking the tracking id.
Q. How do I pay?
A. We accept the following payment methods.
Cash on Delivery (Daibiki or COD)
All types of Cards (JCB, Master Card, American Express, Visa, etc )
Q. Do you serve my area?
A. We are currently serving all over Japan.
Q. My order is wrong. What do I do?
A. Please Immediately inform us in any form of communication (Email, call, or fax).  
Q. What is your policy on refunds?
A. There is no refund possible once an order has been shipped out of our store. You can request a refund before an order has been shipped from our store. In that case,3.6% of a processing fee will be deducted which is captured by our payment gateway partner for the credit card users. We are beholding the right to refuse a refund after investigating.
