  • CASH ON DELIVERY (Daibiki) & credit card for Payment. 
  • Currently, We offer Promotional Free Delivery All over Japan except Okinawa over 10000 yen in the purchase. ( if the shopping is less than 10000 the 1300 yen shipping charge will be Applied)

  • If there is any problem regarding the quality and quantity of the order, please inform us within three days from the date of purchase. After that, we are not responsible.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday will be sent out on the next day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday and Saturday will be sent out on the following Monday.

About Shipping Method

Please mention a delivery method in the order note when your order.

When choosing “Not CARE/ CHILLED(0℃‐5℃) OR COOL(-15℃)”,

We will ship by Chilled.
We will ship dry items at normal temperatures.

You can choose your delivery time to mention it in the order note on the checkout page.

(Depending on traffic circumstances, other reasons, we may not be able to accommodate your request.)

Our staff is waiting to take your order. Remember when ordering to have the product code, item name, and quantity you require ready so that we may process your order quickly.

Order by fax

When ordering by fax on 047-636-5489, please include your name, telephone number, and/or email address. For the items, you require please include the product code, item name, and the quantity you require. We will confirm your order ASAP and arrange shipping and payment.

Order by email

You may also order by email using Mail.

If ordering by email please also provide a telephone number at which we can contact you.

Our Return Policy

If the delivered items were damaged or defective, please let us know within 3 days of receiving them.


We will exchange the items if they are damaged or defective.

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at [info@akhalalfood.com] or over the phone, including the details and picture to prove the defective item.

If the return is accepted, we will send the address to send back via email.

We cannot approve exchanges or returns if the item is used or taken out of the original packaging.
